DELIVERY & RETURNS

Deliveries arrive between 9am-6pm, unfortunately we can’t offer specific delivery times. For same day delivery please order before 12 noon, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
We don’t offer delivery on public holidays any orders placed will be delivered the next working day
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, because all our products are perishable, we don't allow returns on flower deliveries. However if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order please get in touch, and we'll do our best to help. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds.
